The basic fee for using Home Scout LLC is a $250.00 flat fee which includes viewing up to five properties for you, the renter or home purchaser, sending digital photos, communicating frequently via telephone and email, answering questions which are important to YOU in your house hunt. This process will most likely take several days to several weeks. Our basic fee is a general price that will fit the needs of many, but not all, house hunters. If you find you have more individualized needs, or we are asked to drive great distances (Annapolis, Maryland to Fredericksburg, Virginia! And back!), Home Scout may create a customized price for your job. All prices will be agreed to up front by all parties involved. Please note, Home Scout LLC does not accept offers from landlords, homeowners, or rental agents to market their homes to potential renters/buyers for any fee. Generally, when you contact Home Scout LLC, you will have at least one or more property addresses for us to view for you. These can be gleaned from MilitaryByOwner.com, the Washington Post, whatever source you use. Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we may be able to suggest additional properties that are listed locally.
